Robin Thicke and Rita Ora share their ship guess in the Masked Singer clip

The Masked Singer Season 12 began with a bang last week as the NFL icon John Elway has been revealed as Leaf Sheep – but there are plenty more big reveals to come.

In Us weeklyExclusive preview of the episode from Wednesday, October 2nd, jury Robin Thicke And Rita Ora share their guesses about the identity of Ship, who stunned viewers last week with her rendition of Bastille's “Pompeii.”

“You’re the hardest thing for me,” Ora, 33, tells Ship in the clip. “Your singing is so outstanding that it throws all clues out the window for me because I really listen to your singing and your tone. … I say, 'I know it, I know it,' but I just don't know.”

Ora continued that the “incredible texture” in Ship's voice reminded her of this Kate Bushbut the “Hounds of Love” singer, 66, isn’t their last guess.

“The Raven makes me think of a cover, one of my favorite covers of 'Blackbird', sung by Sarah McLachlan“, explains Ora. “So I thought, 'Could it be Sarah McLachlan?'”

Jenny McCarthyHowever, is not on board because if it were McLachlan, 56, then “there would be sad puppies in the clue package.” (McCarthy, 51, was referring to McLachlan's famous ASPCA anti-animal cruelty ads.)

Thicke, 47, likes Ora's guess, noting that he “originally” thought McLachlan was under the ship's mask. “When I think about the singing and these connections, I think of names like Amy Grantsays the “Blurred Lines” singer. “And the cowboy boots. Didn't she wear cowboy boots in her famous “Baby, Baby” video? I think so, yes, so I remember it. But I'm sorry, the piano changes everything. I agree with you Rita, this is Sarah McLachlan.”

Last week, Ship's first clue pack was unveiled jewelwho won the sixth season of The Masked Singer as queen of hearts. The “Foolish Games” singer, 50, noted that she “always had a great relationship” with Ship.

“I know how quickly the tides can change from angry to calm in the blink of an eye, and my life is the same,” Ship continued in her clue package. “My career took off rapidly. I had massive hits, made history, but I lost control. I got lost at sea and sometimes felt completely forgotten. It's taken me years to find my way back to land, but I've finally had the career I've always wanted, and that's why it's so scary to be here, because once again I'm in uncharted waters .”

The judges previously suspected that the ship could be McLachlan. Cyndi Lauper, Joan Osborne And Enya.
