College Football Live Updates: UNC leads Pitt 7-3 after Cost Pick-6 Score, TV channels and more

Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III may have had the most acrobatic play of the season on Monday night against the Detroit Lions.

Walker received a pass near quarterback Geno Smith's first-down marker early in the second quarter. Lions linebacker Alex Anzalone wrapped up Walker and tried to make the big running back a tackle.

Anzalone appeared to have dragged Walker to the ground, but he landed on the defender's legs. Walker reappeared and continued to run toward the first-down marker. Just when it seemed like Anzalone had finally taken him down, Walker lowered his head, somersaulted and landed the first punch.

“I’ve never seen anything like this in my life,” Seahawks safety Rayshawn Jenkins said on the team’s website after the game. “So hats off to Kenneth. He keeps fighting when he's out there. He won't go down easily. And I thought the offense played great tonight.”

Seahawks head coach Michael Macdonald also cheered on Walker.

“I mean, we're talking about one of the guys who's going to fight to the bitter end,” Macdonald said. “This guy is tough. I mean, the game isn't over yet. I mean, it’s just that he can do it, plays are designed to fill certain gaps, and with him it could just go anywhere.”

“And he runs extremely hard, plays hard, he cares. We will trust him to move forward. That’s why it’s good to have him back.”

It was one of the most acrobatic pieces of the season. Unfortunately, the Seahawks fell short of beating the Lions 42-29.
